Visting Evangelist/Teacher Information
If you are a visiting evangelist or teacher the following information may be of some help to you.
Wireless Microphone
There are 3 different mic types available depending on your preference:
Powerpoint/Keynote
- Slide files can be sent to [email protected] as attachments to the email. They will be automatically posted to the correct location.
- We support both keynote and powerpoint running on a Mac.
- We use 4:3 aspect ratio for display.
- We recommend high contrast slides, if possible, utilizing white fonts on a black background
- If you are using embedded fonts in your powerpoint files please bring them with you on a usb drive so we can make sure they are displayed properly.
Presentation Remote
We utilize the type of remote seen in the image below.
Adult Classroom
- 2 65" Sharp TVs
- Require at least one of the following outputs on your device:
- HDMI
- or Micro-HDMI
- or Mini-HDMI
- or USB-C
- We provide adapters for:
- Micro-HDMI to HDMI
- Mini-HDMI to HDMI
- USB-C to HDMI
- On arrival if you have issues please go to the A/V room in the Auditorium building for assistance
